Stretching west from the New Jersey state line to include Bethlehem, Allentown, Emmaus and Easton, the Lehigh Valley lies about halfway up Pennsylvania’s eastern edge. It’s got rocks and rollercoasters, Moravians and music, craft breweries and kiffles (if you’ve never heard of the latter, ask a local).
